I do believe that personalities would clash at the begining, but I think Ray is old enough and mature enough to give veteran guidance to the younger players that really need it.

About Ray Lewis and Leadership to Dallas
Ray Lewis has endured a career of ups and downs, but one thing that has stayed consistent is his determination, leadership, and true love for the game. I can't do anything but sit back and wonder on how he would contribute in a positive way to the Cowboys organization. His work ethic and drive remind me of no other than Charles Haley. Even with all the personalities that are in the locker room, I believe he is a difference maker and can bring a couple of championships to Big D. I think even T.O. would listen, so get your popcorn ready.
